Where to start?

Start by thinking about what your interests are and what you think you might be good at. For example, if you love sport, you might want to see what it’s like to work in a gym or with a sports physiotherapist. If you know you want help people you might want to try out a caring profession like healthcare or working with the elderly.  Popular placements such as veterinary practices, the Police and RNAS Culdrose fill up quickly so it is important to apply early.  The deadlines for the completed work experience forms are February half term. You can also access further information on the Cornwall Council website:

Every student will receive a MBA Work Experience Student Pack for guidance and are supported by their Tutors in tutor time lessons, as well as having access to advice and guidance from their Work Experience Co-Ordinator.   We are also holding events during Project Week to help prepare students for the world of work.
