We have had our main open event which was our Open Evening. However, personal tours of the school with a senior leader during the normal school day are still available. Please continue reading for further details.

Welcome Day
Tuesday 30th June 2026
Our Welcome Day gives new Year 6 students the opportunity to spend a full day at Mounts Bay Academy getting to know the school, staff, and other students before starting in September. Further information will be sent to parents in due course.
Get Set 2026
Provisional Dates: Monday 24th – Wednesday 26th August
Get Set is designed to help students feel confident and prepared for starting secondary school in September.
Dates are currently provisional and subject to funding confirmation.
Come and book a tour of the school: Throughout September and October
We are happy to show parents and students around the school during the school day so that you get a sense of the atmosphere of the school and can see student engagement in lessons. The tour will be conducted by one of the senior leadership team giving plenty of opportunities to ask questions and see the facilities. We ask that these are booked in advance by completing the online form linked below.
