On Thursday evening, members of our Adventure Society made the most of the weather by venturing off-site to do some sunset orienteering. The team travelled to Chapel Carn Brea near Sennen where they were split into groups then given maps and the task of locating all of the controls in as short amount of time before the other teams. Students then had to get up to the summit of the hill as quickly as possible.
The weather made the excursion an absolute delight. Students were able to easily navigate and move around between the controls – a great introduction to the world of orienteering!
Keep an eye out for more adventures on the website by the Adventure Society.
