Last weekend 45 DofE participants from Mounts Bay Academy completed their assessed expedition. They worked and travelled in teams and undertook a walk from school to Botallack and back. The weather was kind to us and everyone completed it without mishap! The assessors were very pleased with everyone’s efforts and the skills they demonstrated. For most of these students this expedition marks the end of their Bronze Award. Many will progress on to do Silver in Year 11.
