On Friday 4th December the Year 8 handball team went to Truro to play in the Cornwall School Games. The tournament was a round robin tournament, with winner taking the title best in Cornwall. We beat Poltair School 6-1 in our first game, and Wadebridge 3-2 in our second. This put us through to the final where we faced Penryn School, with the same goal difference. In the final both teams battled hard, but unfortunately we lost 4-3 after coming back from a 4-0 score. The team was: Will Roberts, Joey Norways, Harvey Beckerleg, Alex Barrett, Frank Nowell, Tom Thompson, Murray Stevenson, Harry Rogers, Jack Edwards, Lewis Dee and William Randall.

The MBA team played very well, particularly considering they were mostly playing against Year 10 teams.
